Transfer windows are buffer facilities designed for the transfer of materials and other items between material purification rooms and cleanrooms or between different purification areas. Structured with the interlocking function, the two doors of the transfer windows cannot be opened simultaneously, thereby preventing instantaneous contamination between different purification levels. They work with the self-purification and sterilization functions to meet the negative pressure clean environment requirements.
