Beijing Sanyuan Gene Engineering Drug Intelligent Production Base Digital Factory Project
The project comprehensively uses cutting-edge intelligent manufacturing technologies such as the Internet, big data analysis, cloud storage, artificial intelligence, and introduces a series of advanced information systems such as integrated MES, SACAD, LIMS, DCS, ELN, WMS, QMS, EMS, BMS, and EMS to realize the standardization of production data. This achievement is closely integrated with the intelligent platform of the biopharmaceutical factory, which owns software copyright (2023SR496766), forming a powerful integrated solution. In addition, this solution is perfectly integrated with existing business management systems such as OA, ERP, CRM, etc., comprehensively connecting resource elements such as people flow, logistics, and information flow, greatly enhancing the maturity of user intelligent manufacturing applications.
Electromechanical Installation Project of Beijing Tri-prime Gene
The Intelligent Pharmaceutical Production Base of Beijing Tri-prime Gene is located in Daxing Biomedicine Industrial Base. This project primarily involves electromechanical installation and intelligent control of the plant in accordance with China’s GMP and EU standards. In the total building area of 59,967 square meters, the clean area spans 12,000 square meters.
The Xiangyang Internet Plus Innovation and Entrepreneurship Industrial Park was constructed in response to the development initiative of "new infrastructure", representing the first of its kind in the Internet industry in Fancheng District. This project primarily involves the procurement and installation of electromechanical equipment, with a cabinet capacity of 2,240 units. The construction scale is 12,600 square meters for Phase 1.5 and 18,000 square meters for Phase 2.
Southwest (Gui'an) Cloud Computing and Big Data Center
The Southwest (Gui’an) Cloud Computing and Big Data Center is located in Gui’an New Area. Specifically, it covers an above-ground area of approximately 31,173 square meters and an underground area of about 11,401.38 square meters. This project accommodates 3,048 cabinets (including 48 for operators).
Beijing TanKeBlue Semiconductor Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of third-generation semiconductor silicon carbide wafers. This project primarily involves automatic control engineering, pure water engineering, and wastewater engineering. Its building area is 30,000 square meters.
Samdech project is the first factory constructed by Oscorp Group overseas, with products mainly covering automotive electronics, NB, communication network, server, switch, energy and other product areas. The completion of the project is of great significance to boost the development of Thailand's electronics industry. The project has a total construction area of 92,823 square meters, mainly for the plant building indoor HVAC engineering, PCW system, FFU group control system and other automatic control system deepening design, installation and commissioning.
