Featuring a V-shaped structure and mini-pleat design, these filters are designed with a large dust holding capacity, sturdy construction, and light weight. Made of premium ultrafine and moisture-resistant fiberglass filter media, they are a good solution for variable air volume and turbulent airflow systems.
Product Applications
As a high-efficiency and high-capacity box-type HEPA filter, such filters comprise a V-shaped structure with multiple mini-pleat filter cores, sealed within a painted steel frame. Different from conventional filters, they feature a significantly increased filter media, ensuring lower pressure drop, and thereby reducing energy consumption and cutting operational costs. Designed for air handling units, they are good solutions for constant and variable airflow systems. They are primarily used in hospital operating rooms, pharmaceutical plants, semiconductor plants, microelectronics plants, and other facilities requiring strict air quality control.
